ORAM is a California-based not-for-profit assisting refugees and migrants battling especially compelling survival issues. These include persons escaping sexual and gender-based violence, lesbians, gays, bisexual and transgendered, the elderly, the ill and those with disabilities. ORAM conducts education and advocacy, provides practical and legal counseling and facilitates representation for these highly vulnerable refugees and migrants in their search for security and safe haven.
