About PSSO

Welcome to the Puget Sound Symphony Orchestra! It's hard to believe this is already our 9th season of bringing classical music to the community. Joined by a pure love for music and performance, the dedicated and exceptionally talented members of the PSSO have propelled this organization into a fixture of the Seattle community.

9th Season Highlights

Under the baton of Music Director Alan Shen, this year's concert series will take audiences on a spirited journey through timeless classics, from symphonic showpieces of Sibelius and Prokofiev to essential works of Manuel De Falla and Zoltán Kodály. We are especially thrilled to feature the Barber Violin Concerto with our own Valerie Coon and the Saint-Saëns Cello Concerto performed by returning soloist Kai Chen. Bring your friends and family to Seattle Town Hall and experience your community orchestra!
