Every summer Burning Man participants (aka Burners) meet in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada to re-engage with our community, and to celebrate shared values of radical self-expression and self-reliance. Spark celebrates women who ignite global change! Meet Spark, the very definition of pink power--a group of young, professional Bay Area gals dedicated to empowering women around the world through small money grants. And with some of the city's most exciting women at the helm, events with Spark always sparkle.

Lots of paved land surfaces are currently available for reforestation. Look at the center of almost any city or town and you will see opportunities for little pieces of land, sometimes only a 2-foot wide sliver of asphalt in the middle of a street, to be given back to nature by planting the right kind of vegetation.
