Sparkly Spark board members head to Tanzania on Friday! That's right, it's that time of year again. Time for our annual delegation trip somewhere in the world to visit one of our global grantees! What's the fun of writing a check to a fabulous grassroots women's organization if you can't see the results first hand?

Sparks ignite only when an entire community comes together. Last year, we went to Jordan, and this year we're Tanzania bound. Next year? Vietnam of course! Our delegation trips are open to anyone who wants to ignite global change. That means you! :)

Highlights of our trip will include a visit to the tribunal for war crimes from the Rwandan genocide, a visit to our partners, CAMFED (The Campaign for Female Education), as well as site visits and volunteer work at Village Enterprise Fund and CARE and the Tanzania Volunteer Experience. All great groups doing amazing work on the ground. This is going to be an amazing, life-changing experience!
