Even if weight slips out of our hand, it falls into position created for it in machine and not on your body. It reduces risk of person working over machine. Weight lifting equipment pieces are nothing but a combination of different basic types of equipment, such as pulley, lever, which together prove beneficial to exercise. Usually, home gym includes stack machines on which rectangular metal plates are aligned on top of one another. These plates are attached to a bar through a combination of pulleys and levers. The person working on the machine is supposed to pull this bar. Different sitting positions affect different body muscles if done in a proper manner.
