Enjoy your food

I have always believed that what you truely enjoy with all your heart cannot harm you and this holds true for food as well. People today eat food with a lot of guilt. For instance, they might fill their stomach with icecream but while doing so their mind is filled with mixed feelings of joy, guilt and fear. The feelings of guilt and fear overtake the feelings of joy making the food do harm to your body. More harm than they possibly would. Instead, if you enjoy your food with all your heart, the food cannot harm your body. Or at-least the harm done is reduced by a major extent. So the next time you eat something, relish it with all your heart, savor the taste and enjoy every bite. Instead of stuffing yourself, be conscious of what you are eating and enjoy every bite of it.
